Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ConnectQuest Tools (tools.connectquest.co.in), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Permitted Use

You may use ConnectQuest Tools for lawful purposes only. Permitted uses include: network diagnostics, DNS research, domain information lookup, SSL certificate verification, and developer utilities for legitimate projects.

Prohibited Use

You may not use our tools to: Conduct unauthorized port scans or network reconnaissance of systems you do not own; Perform denial-of-service attacks or abuse rate limits; Harvest data in bulk via automated scripts without prior authorization; Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Rate Limiting

To ensure fair access for all users, we enforce rate limits of 60 requests per minute per IP address for API endpoints and 30 uses per hour per tool per IP. Exceeding these limits will result in temporary blocking.

API Usage

Our API is provided free of charge for reasonable use. Commercial use at high volume requires a separate agreement. We reserve the right to revoke API access for abuse.

Disclaimer of Warranties

ConnectQuest Tools is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. DNS and network data may be cached and not always real-time.

Limitation of Liability

ConnectQuest and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our tools.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
